I tried a new drink I came across in the gas station today… Coca-Cola Blak.

I bought without knowing what it was, because all it said was “Carbonated Fusion Beverage” and it looked cool. It comes in a mysterious glass bottle with a plastic cap (metal cap shown in photo…proto). I figured it was an energy drink so what the hell. After getting in my car I read the ingredients to see what my palette was in for. I was surprised to find out they used high fructose corn syrup as well as saccharin, but most importantly it was the marriage of coffee and cola. I’ve had similar drinks before and my impression was still the same, “not putrid but not good either.” Some drinks should just be left in separate glasses.
