Often I wonder why I am still carrying around this large clunky Treo. Its huge in my pocket, I don’t often use all of those cool features I bought it for, and when I’m on the phone my head is lit up like a jack-o-lantrine for a good while until the lscreen light shuts off.

Tonight, however, it has pulled its weight. When the power goes out its the ultimate utility belt… flash light (bright enough to work in any situation), music, news (like when the hell is the power going to come back on, an important question in 100 degree weather), phone calls, and of course posting to fat penguin before passing out in a dark sweat.

Ohhhhh powers back… Reverting back to considering this swiss army knife a heafty paper weight.
