I ran across a post by a MySQL employee on how his company processes bug reports. What’s fascinating is that this company has to deal with the MySQL database bugs but also its various other products. They provide binaries and source code to customers. Imagine the support nightmarish situations varying from wide array of operating systems, custom configurations, compilation.
